Not only is he the Vice President of the IFC, but Dustin Adair is also an accomplished screenwriter. This Wednesday May 6th, he will talk Screenwriting Basics to the IFC. Dustin (who usually charges for his script-doctoring services) will offer up this free seminar after the regular IFC meeting which begins at 7:30.
After studying Screenwriting and Costume at Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri, Dustin moved his talents to Kansas City. His screenwriting credits include both short films (Pro-Choice) and feature length films (The Taking of Savannah). His costume design work can be seen in several local productions (FETCH, The Statement of Randolph Carter, and Change For a Dollar).
So, when you come to the IFC meeting at 7:30 to find out what is happening with the independent film scene in Kansas City, stick around for Dustin’s informative and entertaining (and free) presentation on Screenwriting Basics.
