Finally, thanks to all 18 Filmmakers who helped us have such a wonderfully dynamic and different range of films.

Our next event will be in December. It will the the return of the IFC’s “Every Picture Tells a Story” contest. Find a local artist. Find an interesting piece of art (any medium… painting, sculpture, photography, etc). Make a film about it. Documentary, Narrative… it doesn’t matter. This is our chance to showcase both the film making and the art community. We’ll have more details later.

We’d like to invite you to the Annual 3/5/7 Film Festival… it’s THIS SATURDAY!

Who:  IFCKC’S 3/5/7 Film Festival

What:  over a dozen locally produced short films.  3, 5, or 7 minutes in length.  Completely open in genre and content.  Prizes awarded for top film in each category as well as the lauded Audience Choice Award, voted on by YOU!

When:  Saturday October 3rd  7:00 PM

Where:  The Just Off Broadway Theater, 3051 Central

Near Penn Valley Park

Admission will be $5 for IFC members, $8 for General Public.

The IFC meeting will be held at the Just Off Broadway Theater tonight! 3051 Central KCMO

If you Google Search the Central address, it screws up. Google thinks Central is “Penn Valley Dr.” the address below takes you to the proper location, even though the address reads “penn Valley Dr.”
